Melissa Glinsmann, PT, MSPT

Melissa is a 1997 graduate of Rockhurst University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy with high distinction. Prior to physical therapy school, Melissa attended Rockhurst University where she received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology.

Before joining Synder PT, Melissa has worked in both orthopedics and aquatics at Bryan West and Madonna ProActive for a combined 27 years. Melissa has also been active with developing professional student programs at these two facilities. She has provided lab experiences for Southeast Community College PTA program, and has lectured for the Nebraska APTA fall conference on Fibromyalgia and Aquatics.

Melissa enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic patients including but not limited to total joint replacements, arthritis, fibromyalgia, as well as neck and back conditions. She is certified in Graston (instrumental assisted soft tissue work). She takes pride in treating each patient as an individual to provide a custom exercise and treatment program to help manage their condition.

Outside of the clinic, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their four grown children, reading books, walking, and spending time with friends.
